Following an initial enquiry, I am happy to offer a free initial consultation to discuss your proposals and the expectations you have relating to your site.
I would then develop initial site layouts based upon either your land surveyors information, or at this early stage O/S information.
These initial designs could then be discussed with Local Authority planning departments and where relevant any other external agency with an interest in the land.
Once these initial designs were agreed, a full set of drawings would be prepared for submission for Planning Approval. I would be pleased to act as your agent throughout the planning process and carry out all liaison with both the Local Authority and any other agencies required, whilst ensuring that a clear line of communication with yourself was maintained so as you remained fully aware of your application's status at all times.
Once planning consent is granted, gclarkitecture is ideally suited to provide all of the required information for you to complete your development.

Together with architectural drawings, I am also able to offer drainage and hard landscaping layouts, accurate coordinate based setting out drawings and where required site specific details. I would also liaise with all other relevant agencies and designers such as, Specialist manufacturers, Environmental consultants, Structural Engineers and where appropriate incorporate this information into my designs.

I would then carry out a detailed measurement survey of your property upon which I would base initial design proposals for your consideration.
These initial designs would then be discussed with Local Authority planning departments for initial comment. Once a design is agreed, this would then be developed into full planning application drawings for submission. I am happy to act as your agent throughout the planning process and carry out all liaison with your Local Authority.
Following on from receiving your planning approval, I would then prepare further drawings for Building Regulation purposes. Again I am happy to continue in an agent capacity, submitting drawings and where required sourcing additional designers such as Structural Engineers. These additional details would be incorporated into my designs ensuring continuity for your chosen builder to follow at the construction stage.
During this construction stage, I would only be a phone call away should your builder have any queries regarding your works.
